Applications being accepted for 33 affordable units at 43-45 Maple St. in Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y.

Applications are now being accepted by the Housing Action Council for affordable apartments being built in Croton-on-Hudson by Regan Development. The application deadline is April 18. You can submit an application here. Or you can download the application and brochure here.

The Housing Action Council will conduct a lottery on May 3, after the application deadline closes.

]The new apartments are scheduled to open in May-June 2024.

The Croton Housing Network does not manage the units, but plays a communication role in making sure local residents are advised of the application process. .
