Who We Are

In the mid-1980s, Mayor Roland Bogardus formed the Croton Housing Task Force to address the dearth of affordable housing in Croton. Comprised of Croton clergy and concerned community activists, this grew into the Croton Housing Network, Inc., a volunteer not-for-profit organization that has become one of the most successful not-for-profit developers of affordable housing in Westchester County.
